Making Milk Tea

 

It's good season to enjoy Milk tea. Hot Milk tea warms my entire body.
So today I made a milk tea, using a wedding imperial, milk and sugar.
Wedding imperial tea is one of my best favorite black teas made by mariage freres.

(Mariage freres is the famous tea brand in France)
It has very good scent with mild, chocolatey and caramely taste.
While I drank tea, I wonderd about the origin of milk tea. I googled it.
The story goes, a British ambassador  invited the Emperor of China to a party to drink a bohea tea with milk.
Most British tea had astringement. To remove astringement, people used milk.
Anyway, Milk tea is the best tea during the winter season.
